The taxi was 5 minutes early, got me to the Charolette airport in record time without going to fast and was very polite. The one thing I wish was that the car didn't smell like cigarettes inside... it says no smoking?.!? I also called the day before to have it scheduled in advance... and I double checked with them in the morning to confirm. I do this whenever I get a taxi as I don't want to be late. I would use again when I'm in Salisbury, NC.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service sucks. The drivers suck. The cabs smell. The wait times are excessive. Prefer Latino Express any day.
