Very great place, super helpful. The staff is very nice. The place is clean. I go there with my cousins a lot. The games are fun to play. Even if your kids are to old to bounce around there is no age limit for the games. If you are looking for a good time with family. This is the place to go! Bounce City is an awesome establishment. The Owner is very nice. & the staff are very helpful. Great work! Highly recommended!
Place is awesome and has a ton of things to do to keep my 9 and 7 year old busy. Been coming here for 2 years and staff is professional, nice, and go out of there way to make a good experience for customers.
Safe haven for kids. I appreciate the due diligence of the staff making safety a priority and constantly making sure kids are safe and do not hurt each other. Customers may disagree with this approach but larger children over 110 pounds should not bounce with younger kids. Parents should be amicable to this safety measure.
The negative reviews made in November 2017 are inaccurate. I personally witnessed the unruly group, the lady and older kids. Honestly, they looked more like 14 and 15 year olds (not 11 and 10 yrs old stated in the reviews). They failed to mention that a man who was my age (over 30) was jumping as well with the teens too. Group was very rude and yelled at the staff for no reason. They given their money back and still caused a fuss, we were very glad they left. Trampoline park would be more appropriate for this group. Staff had every right to ask them to get off the Bouncers as they were jumping with small kids and taken over the place like a biker gang. Place is fun and great place for kids.
Bounce City is an awesome establishment! I come there with my little cousins all the time and the service is unbeatable. The owner is a very down to earth and reasoning. Her staff is amazing, they are great when it comes to monitoring the kids play. Overall, it is an amazing place to come to let your children get all of their energy out, and the parent can relax in the lounges! Keep up the good work Bounce City!
Took 6 kids with me and they had a ball! Nice place.... kid friendly! Didn't charge me for my special needs child and still allowed her to play and explore. Owner and staff were super polite. Nice to go to a place where EVERYONE is welcomed. Definitely coming back! ❤️
