A great little zoo, much bigger than I expected (especially for the price!). The animals have nice enclosures, big enough for them to roam a little, but not so big that you don't get to see them. Plus, did I mention the price? Certainly worth the $1 you pay.

There is lots to do here. Putt Putt, Playground, Swings, a Gem Mine, Carousel, and a small Train. There is a lake with Paddle boats. Picnic tables are everywhere, also there are shelters to reserve.
Best value for your money. Entrance is free and all entertainment is very reasonably priced. Even souvenirs are moderately priced. Take a picnic lunch to enjoy on a blanket under shade trees or at one of the tables. Carousel, train and paddle boat rides for only a couple of dollars, a little zoo, a splash pad for the babies and kids, playground, so much to do. It is an enjoyable walk around the perimeter of the lake with plenty of wildlife to spot, such as native cranes, turtles, water snakes, fish, frogs, etc. We love this place.
Huuuge playground and extremely affordable activities. Many free things to do here as well (such as playground, water spray area, "nature" center).
