Best people ever, the nicest people ever. Southern hospitality don't have anything on the service i received from here. I would stay here ever time I'm in this area. 5 stars all the way around.
A few years ago, this was a nice place to stay. Currently this is NOT a family friendly environment. There are people who "live" here, I am not sure how they are able to afford it but I don't think they have actual jobs. Mostly they sit right outside their door, making it uncomfortable for me to get to my room. Whoever the woman is that I dealt with has made this place a little community of unsavory people, you might as well turn it into an apartment complex for ex convicts. The woman I dealt with has no boundaries, hopefully privacy isn't important to you. She likes to come into your room if there's a problem, not call the room like a professional person would do. She had a problem with my cat, which wasn't an issue before, she doesn't seem to mind the hooker doing business upstairs though. It's a matter of time before this place becomes the next gruesome crime scene of Shotsbury. If you have kids don't stay here, do yourself a favor, pay a little extra to go elsewhere because you'll sleep better.
Very nice rooms. The staff is great. The hotel manager luarie is awesome. She is always willing to help and is very professional. Over all this is a great place to stay and very quite.
This is my second stay here, i have stayed other places around here an they all had problems. This is a very well kept place management goes above an beyond to help you with your stay. The guest that stay here are really nice people all working people that go to bed early no late nite problems like the other motels i have stayed around here i travle alot with work this is the best place to stay here no rif raf an no drug deas.l Very family orientated to place.Thank you Ms Lori for helping me an my workers that stay here you are the best
I am a former Woman Marine and a retired Charlotte Police Officer so needless to say, I do my due diligence on places that I'm going to be staying in. As a veteran, I'm currently receiving medical treatment for cancer through the Salisbury VA Hospital. I was fortunate enough to find this gem of a hotel and it is truly like a home away from home. The manager here, Laurie, bends over backwards to make my stay comfortable. My room is immaculate and very nicely furnished. The housekeeping staff are absolutely amazing. The parking lot is extremely well lit at night and there is no walk through traffic on the property. I'm a night owl so I notice these things. The people who stay here that I've met are traveling nurses, doctors, professionals from all walks of life and one preacher! I've enjoyed the quiet, relaxing atmosphere here at Affordable Suites of Salisbury and I would bring my children here in a heartbeat if they were still little...lol. As I travel to different states, I will always look for an Affordable Suites hotel based solely on my wonderful experience at this hotel. 5 Star All the way!
