Can't give a bad review because of 1 doctor. So far they have been helpful but i now have a bad taste for this facility. Everyone has their bad days, but as a provider you shouldn't being that to work.
I'm very very upset and disappointed with this medical center. The dermatology clinic keeps pushing my appointments back to 2 or 3 months. It takes months and months just to be seen by a doctor,and then they send you to a choice program doctor who doesn't really care as long as you show up. They really have to do better. Nobody should have to be told that they can't see a doctor because the doctor of a certain clinic is taking a leave of absence for 2-3 months. It's a crying shame.
I am currently work at a medical office. I was trying to communicate with them to assist in the treatment of a mutual patients. The staff there is horrible. They could not complete a simple task. I am very disappointed by this. They need to get it together.
My father spent the last several months of his life at the VA Liberty Lane Hospice House. He passed away this morning. I would like to publicly express my deepest gratitude for the excellent care he received during his hard-fought battle with cancer. I have never before seen the dignity and compassion with which this nursing staff extends to not only the veterans under their care, but their families as well. I am so grateful for this beautiful facility and the dedicated staff who serve our veterans at Liberty Lane.
