WORST EXPERIENCE EVER CAME IN WANTING DON TO DO MY NAILS UNFORTUNATELY HE WAS’NT THERE SO I WAS LIKE OKAY I’LL HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DO IT SO THERE WERE TWO LADIES THERE AND THEY SAT ON THERE PHONES REFUSED TO EVEN START OR TRY TO DO MY NAILS AND LOOKED AT ME CRAZY WHEN I ASKED WHICH ONE OF THEM WERE GOING TO DO MY NAILS AND CONTINUED TO PLAY ON THERE PHONES I WILL NEVER GO HERE ANYMORE IVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND I LOVE DON BUT AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE I WONT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT
WORST PLACE EVER. The staff is so rude & like to rush. I got the acrylic set, specifically told the man that I wanted long, coffin shaped nails, I EVEN SHOWED HIS DUMB ASS A PICTURE. As soon as he starts shaping the nails, he cuts them short & tells me that I won't be able to do anything with long nails! They're my nails, not his! Then he painted them super sloppy, paint on my skin sloppy. They were also super thick & crooked & ROUND, he was done in 15 minutes. I left because I didn't have time to get them fixed that same day. When I went back, they charged me to get them fixed saying it was because I wanted a different shape, the same shape I asked for in the beginning. On a separate day, the owner waxed my brows so thin just like hers, I left looking surprised. DO NOT GO THERE.
I am new to Salisbury area and asked a few people for a nail shop recommendation. Out of the few I received, I chose Citi Nails for convenience. I needed my acrylic soaked off and wanted a manicure to start fresh. I was first serviced by a gentlemen. The gentlemen DRILLED my polish off my nails and then proceeded to use a artificial nail to lift the corners of my acrylic to take the fake nail off. I told him I wanted to soak my nails off, not pull them off. After soaking in acetone, I was sent to a lady to finish the manicure. She tried to drill the remaining acrylic off my nails. I told her that I did not want that because my nails are already thin. After she filed the acrylic residue from my nails, she began to DRY cut my cuticles. I told her I wanted a manicure and asked that my cuticles be soaked in water. She told me the solution will be oily and that my polish will not hold. I've had plenty of gel polish manicures and never have been told this. So, I told her that to cancel the manicure and just gel polish. After saying that, she started treating me with an attitude. She sped up her filing and was aggressive with my fingers. She told me that because I no longer wanted a manicure, my gel polish will most likely to lift. At that point, I asked for clear polish. She said good, as if I was doing her a favor by leaving. IF you care about the integrity of your nails, do not go to this shop. The workers will do and tell you anything to make their work easier. The disregard and inconsideration to a customer was uncalled for.
It looked like I did my nails myself . My nails at the nail bed was getting caught in my hair. Then I payed for gel and she only put one coat on the top instead of before she polished my nail and after. But they are nice people.
I love their new management and the nail techs here!
