I had heard good things about them when they had first started. Well recently I needed to get my brakes done. They were very fair with prices and their service was exceptional. Integrity will now be my go to guys for service. Thank you so much!!!

I have been going to the ford dealership when I have had problems with my car. They are a little pricey but I felt good about getting my car fixed because I knew they offered warranties with their parts. Well my car started acting up and I called them to set an appointment. Due to the holiday on Monday they were booked and couldn't look at it until Monday. So I decided to go to Advance Auto on Jake Alexander to see if they could give me an idea of what was wrong. An employee named Jay was there and he gave me an idea what was wrong and recommened Integrity. I called Integrity and spoke with Gilbert. They were pretty busy also but he said they could squeeze me in at 10am. I asked if they could fix it. He was honest and said that they would do a diagnostic and see what was wrong and then go from there. The first plus was that their diagnostic fee was cheaper than most places and Gilbert let me know of the fee before we got off the phone. I arrived at 955am Gilbert was very nice and so was the employee that was going to look at my car. I let them know what Advance Auto said it might be. They said that they would do a full diagnostic to be sure and I was fine with that. As I was waiting I noticed how polite Gilbert was with all the customers. The great part about my visit is that they were done in 45 minutes! And the cost was a quarter of what I would have paid at the dealership! I was shocked, relieved and grateful at the price along with the service. I will continue to call them to service my car. GREAT JOB GUYS!
I was very happy with this mechanic shop, they saved me lots of hassle and hundreds of dollars!! I went to my usual mechanic first about having acceleration issues. I was charged even though they could not tell me what was wrong with my car, but he said it would try and replace the throttle sensor for a minimum of 500$ repair. I came to Integrity Auto for a second opinion. The owner was very diligent and did research online and found out the computer brake light sensor was causing the engine to not accelerate correctly and not a throttle sensor as I had been told. Integrity Auto was able to fix the problem for less than 100$. I was thrilled! Thanks so much!
